These terms apply to your use of rhythmicgemstones.com, run by Rhythmic Gemstones of London ("the club", "we"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Information on this site

The site gives general information about the club, its programs, class schedules, fees and locations. We work to keep it accurate, but schedules, fees, locations and programs can change, and the site may contain mistakes. The details the club confirms to you by email after you register are the ones that apply.

Registering

• Sending the registration form is a request to join a class. A place is confirmed only when the club confirms it by email.
• The form must be filled in by the athlete's parent or legal guardian, who must be 18 or older, and the information must be accurate and complete.
• Every registration is subject to the club policies on the Register page: payment, cancellations and refunds, safety, and privacy and photos. They form part of these terms.
• Payment is made as described in the payment policy. The site does not take payments.

Health and safety

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Rhythmic gymnastics, like any sport, carries a risk of injury. The club's safety policy, which you agree to when you register, explains this. Check with a doctor if you are unsure whether an activity suits your athlete.

Using the site

Please don't use the forms to send spam, false information or someone else's personal information without their permission, and don't try to interfere with the site or how it works, copy it with automated tools, or upload anything harmful. We may ignore or delete submissions that misuse the forms. If you misuse the site and it causes the club a loss or a claim, you are responsible for it.

Reviews and comments

Reviews shown on this site are quoted from families' public Google reviews. They are their own experiences and opinions, and results differ for every athlete.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, slow or have errors, and we can change or remove any part of it at any time. If the registration form isn't working, call or email the club to register.

Photos and content

The text, logo, photos and videos on this site belong to the club or are used with permission. Photos show the club's own athletes, classes and galas. Please don't copy, download or reuse them, especially photos of athletes, without the club's written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to and uses services from others, such as Google Maps and Google reviews. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the club is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, from relying on its information, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Your privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

The rest of these terms

These terms and the club policies are the whole agreement about using this site. If they differ on anything to do with registration, payment, refunds, safety or photos, the club policies apply. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date.
