Performance program in London and Strathroy
Our Performance program is for athletes who have a strong foundation in rhythmic gymnastics and want to take their skills further. It refines technique, builds confidence and prepares gymnasts for performances and events, in both individual and group routines.

What the program covers
- Complex routines and apparatus handling
- Advanced leaps, turns and choreography
- Strength, flexibility and endurance work
- Group routines that build teamwork
- A gala performance at the end of each season
About the Performance program
Coaches focus on mastery of ribbon, clubs, ball, hoop and rope, along with advanced leaps and turns and detailed choreography. Gymnasts help shape their own routines, including the music, so each one reflects their style.
Each season ends with our Gala, a non-competitive showcase where gymnasts perform for family and friends. The program asks for more commitment and practice, and suits athletes who love to perform and enjoy a challenge in a supportive club.
