PAYMENT POLICY
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer to info@orange-mink-661698.hostingersite.com (Please include your athlete full name in the e-transfer notes).
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of unexpected class cancellations (due to weather, facility conflicts, etc.), we will first attempt to schedule a make-up class. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be issued for the cancelled session. Full refunds (100%) are available before the first class begins. After the first or second class, refunds will be pro-rated. No refunds will be granted after the second class except for medical reasons, which require a doctor’s note.
SAFETY POLICY
By registering, I acknowledge that I am aware that there are risks associated with gymnastics. I warrant that the participant named on this form is physically fit to participate in rhythmic gymnastics. I acknowledge that there is potential risk for injury involved in training and competing in any sport. I also understand that Rhythmic Gemstones of London has tried to create a safe and controlled environment for participation and that the Club has established rules for participation that must be followed by the participant. I waive the rights of the participant to damages or other costs in the event injury is caused due to participation in gymnastics or other involvement with the Club.
PRIVACY POLICY
By registering, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during classes for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing and store it securely. You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your information.
