About Our Club
At Rhythmic Gemstones, we pride ourselves on being a locally owned, family-run rhythmic gymnastics club deeply rooted in the communities of London and Strathroy, ON.
Our coaching staff is uniquely comprised of former students who have grown with the club, offering a level of insight and dedication that only comes from knowing the club inside and out. We foster a supportive environment where every athlete feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
By bringing our diverse classes directly to the communities we serve, we aim to make rhythmic gymnastics more accessible and enjoyable for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to provide a nurturing space where athletes can grow not only in their sport but also as individuals, inspired by the beauty and uniqueness of each participant, just like precious gemstones.

The Coaching Staff
Kathy founded the club in 2006 with the deliberate intention of cultivating a supportive, healthy environment for athletes of all ages and abilities to thrive in.
Jess competed at a national level in her teenage years and has grown up with the club. She now provides mentorship and leadership to coaches and athletes alike.
Our coaching team is made up primarily of dedicated former students who have grown up within our rhythmic gymnastics program, bringing passion, experience, and a deep understanding of our club’s values.
Coaches in Training
Our coaches in training are both athletes and soon-to-be coaches. They are natural leaders within the club with a strong ability to showcase the sport to all.
