We are a locally owned and operated club based in both London & Strathroy Ontario. Our mission it to cultivate a supportive environment where girls can explore the artistry & athleticism of rhythmic gymnastics. We believe that each athlete is like a gemstone – precious, unique, and beautiful.

What is Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic sport where women perform individual or group routines on a floor using apparatus like hoops, balls, clubs, ribbons, and ropes. It blends gymnastics, dance, and calisthenics, requiring strength, flexibility, coordination, and artistic expression.
